1 . How do I access my account?

Every student gets an account post enrollment and you can login on the website and access the account.

Very soon, we will come up with the application version and the same will be possible on the application as well.

2 . How can I contact my teacher?

You can contact the teacher with the email ids as well as during the live lecture, there will be live interaction/chat with the teacher.

3 . How can I contact my mentor?

You can drop a mail to the assigned mentor that will be assigned to you and expect a reply in 4-6 hours.

4 . Where is NMASI located?

The headquarters of NMASI is in Toronto , Canada however the entire learning is online so anyone can study from anywhere with internet accessibility.

5 . Do I have to sign up for all the subjects?

NMASI offers live classes in Maths, Science, English, social studies. Based on your child’s needs, you can choose to sign up for as many courses as you want - one subject, or two, or three, or all four! You can also sign up for any of the new courses we offer at any time.

Also, NMASI will soon be launching live online classes for extracurricular subjects like coding, Public Speaking, Robotics, and more!

6 . How does NMASI recruit their teachers?

We select only the top 10% teachers from the world’s best institutes like the IITs, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard, among others to teach your child in our live online classes. We guarantee that every teacher is well-trained to ensure excellent results for your child. Instead of you having to search for an online tutor for your child, our advanced AI algorithm finds the perfect teacher for your child.

7 . What happens if my child misses a class?

In case of a missed class, we’ll provide all the content and homework assignments for that class to your child. Alternatively, your child can book the catch up class with another batch prior informing.

8 . Will NMASI help with homework and clearing doubts?

Our 6:1 student-teacher ratio allows every student enough time with the teacher to clarify doubts before the class ends. Further, our AI-driven homework solutions help students practice and learn independently, even without the teacher around!
